Presentations

I thought all of the presentations were interesting, and I liked that almost everyone's was about something different. My favorite three included Laura's on the Chinese Zodiac, Laura's on Art History, and Ana's on Child Psychology. The chinese zodiac presentation caught my attention because I am interested in Zodiac signs. The story was good and the presentation was simple, but displayed her message. I would not change my academic interest, but I would like to pursue it for fun. The art history presentation was attractive to me because I also am interested in art. I like visiting museums full of art and just staring at the pictures, wondering what they mean. She described her points simply, and I thought it was persuasive. I am now thinking about taking classes in Art History to see whether that could be a path for me. Lastly, the Child Psychology presentation obviously was interesting for me because I am also wanting to work with children in a helpful manner. I am actually not sure whether I would like Psychology better than therapies, but I am taking classes for both to see which I prefer. Overall, I liked hearing about everyone's academic interests.
